Mark Iverson Promoted to Chief Operations Officer at Vetter Senior Living
Vetter Senior Living is pleased to announce Mark Iverson has been named Chief Operations Officer. Mark currently serves as Senior Director of Operations. In his new role, Mark will be part of the VSL leadership team that guides the company’s overall strategic plans and development. Iverson will also oversee the Operations team, which provides clinical and leadership development for the care communities owned and managed by Vetter Senior Living as well as VSL service lines; Home Health, Hospice, Sub-Acute Rehabilitation and pharmacy. Iverson will take the position currently held by Heath Boddy who will become President of Vetter Senior Living in January of 2026.
Mark has more than 20 years of executive level leadership experience serving in the senior living industry which includes 7 years as a Vice President of Operations and 14 years as a Senior Executive Director and Executive Director. He has a passion for and a proven track record of creating strong operations teams that are mission driven, respectful, and gracious to one another while achieving great bottom line results in all areas of operations. Mark served on the Nebraska Healthcare Association board of directors and executive board for 12 years and 2 years as the Co-Chair.
Mark is a Gallup CliftonStrengths Certified Leadership Coach and a National Academy of Sports Medicine Certified Wellness Coach & Certified Personal Trainer.
