Since the inception of the AHCA Quality Award Program, 100% of Vetter Senior Living communities have achieved the Bronze Award and 80% have achieved the Silver Award.

“I am incredibly proud and grateful for the commitment the Vetter Senior Living Family has made to World Class Quality Life and Quality Care,” said Glenn Van Ekeren, President, Vetter Senior Living, “Our passion is to transform the view of Senior Car by doing what we do like no one else does it.  These awards are definitely a testament to that vision.”

“Earning this level of recognition is no small feat, and Vetter Senior Living has demonstrated exceptional commitment to quality improvement,” said Cathy Bergland, AHCA/NCAL National Quality Award Board Chair. “This recognition is a clear reflection of their hard work and unwavering focus on delivering superior care and service to residents and staff.”

The National Quality Award Program has three progressive levels: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. At the Silver level, recipients have met the criteria for the Bronze award and can now move on to the final and most prestigious level of the program, the Gold – Excellence in Quality Award. Trained examiners review each application to determine if the center has met the demands of the criteria.
