Vetter Senior Living has a program that is specifically designed for the individuals who live in our facilities. This option focuses on your care in the facility based on your needs. Goals:
- Preventing hospitalization via a nurse practitioner to meet on-site daily, weekly, or monthly
- Treat you where you live
- Individualized Care Plans
- Cover your current Medicare benefits plus additional services
