The Vetter Health Services Take Time to Care program is designed to enhance relationships, build teams, refine communication skills, activate common courtesies and enrich people’s lives.
A rewrite of this program began in January of 2013 and a pilot of the rewrite was completed in early September.
Team members for various VHS facilities went through the program pilot and had the opportunity to provide feedback on each section. The next step is to take those suggestions from the pilot and begin editing the program.
We are very excited to produce the final product and begin teaching it in our facilities in 2015.
