Creating a Dynamic Work Environment is a program that teaches individuals how to understand the dimensions of leadership that are most important and how their leadership strengths can be most effectively used in day to day work. It also helps them learn to use their authority to empower others and improve productivity in their organization.
This year we had over 40 team members from various facilities and Home Office take the opportunity to enhance their leadership skills. The energy and enthusiasm from team members was contagious throughout the two day program.

One team member stated, “This program was very entertaining and informative. It’s a great reminder of our Mission, Vision and Values and how they impact every area.”
“This program showed me ways to bring out the best in people,” commented another team member.

President Glenn Van Ekeren summed up this program by saying, “Creating a Dynamic Work Environment reflects VHS’s philosophy on leadership, people and the work environment we aspire to create. Creating a Dynamic Work Environment is a way to ensure all VHS leadership team members are on the same page, reading the same music and singing the same song as it relates to leading and inspiring people.”
