Vetter Health Services facilities receive national recognition for outstanding customer satisfaction and outstanding team satisfaction
Excellence in Action award recognizes nursing homes’ commitment to quality.
Cloverlodge Care Center, St. Edward, Nebraska; Brookefield Park, St. Paul, Nebraska; and Heritage of Red Cloud, Red Cloud, Nebraska received My Inner View’s Excellence in Action awards, a national honor recognizing the facility’s commitment to superior customer and team satisfaction.
Skilled nursing centers, assisted living and independent living communities, must have completed a customer satisfaction survey in 2013. The awards, which are presented annually recognizes long term care and senior living organizations that achieve the highest levels of satisfaction excellence, as demonstrated by overall resident or employee satisfaction scores that fall within the top 10 percent of the My InnerView product database, (over 8,500), the largest in the U.S.

The Excellence in Action awards are presented exclusively to National Research clients who use My InnerView products.
