A group of Community Members at Creekside had lunch with Dr. Kreymer from Springfield’s Pain Management Clinic. Once a month Mercy Hospital sponsors different “Docs” from a variety of different “specialties” to give a talk during a luncheon for senior citizens. After hearing different community members talk about having trouble sleeping, this month’s topic was an ideal fit. Dr. Kreymer talked about Sleep Hygiene. He brought everyone up to date on the latest sleep studies, sleep disorders, and best ways to help you get a good night’s sleep. Prior to his talk we were treated to musical entertainment and a wonderful lunch buffet.
