North Platte, NE: Linden Court Supports “Walk to End Alzheimer’s”

On Friday August 28th, Linden Court employees supported a “Walk To End Alzheimer’s” luncheon buffet. Staff brought salads of all kinds, including a meat and cheese tray and brownies for dessert. We raised over a hundred and sixty dollars for a great cause. Linden Court employees also participated in “Casual for a Cause” where they donated a dollar to wear jeans to work. A remembrance tree was placed in Memory Support for families to add the name of a loved one, past or present, with Alzheimer’s. The “Walk To End Alzheimer’s” is Sunday, September 27th at 4:00 in Cody Park here in North Platte. We have a team of 30 this year, and have raised over $5000 for “the care, support and research efforts of the Alzheimer’s Association.
