Home Office/Vetter Health Services: Fresh Ideas Shared During VHS Housekeeping and Laundry Conference

Vetter Health Services recently held their two day Housekeeping and Laundry Conference. The agenda was full of various speakers, including a few of our Quality Partners who had new versions of equipment to share along with Best Practice tips .Rhonda Flanigan, Chief People Officer and Ron Seipold, Environmental Services Coordinator showed their acting skills by completing two mock interviews. These were done do show team members how to conduct a good interview and how to look for a good fit for their facility’s culture.

Jack      Jack Vetter ended the conference by sharing his own personal story of his first years working in and then owning skilled nursing facilities. He mentioned that he did laundry for about four months while waiting to become the administrator in Valentine, NE. He thanked our team members for the Quality Life and Quality Care that they provide our residents each and every day. Jack ended his speech by saying “Life is a journey and I hope you enjoy yours!”
