Heath Boddy Joins VSL as Chief Business Development Officer

Vetter Senior Living is pleased to announce Heath Boddy has joined the home office team as Chief Business Development Officer. Boddy brings a wealth of experience in the senior care industry, having most recently served for more than 11 years as President and CEO of the Nebraska Health Care Association. His position included leading the state’s nursing facility, assisted living, hospice, home health, and licensed practical nurse associations, as well as the Nebraska Health Care Foundation and an accredited post-secondary college dedicated to long-term care.

Prior to serving as NHCA’s President and CEO, Boddy served as executive director and administrator in several Nebraska long-term care facilities, including two in the Vetter Senior Living family; Rose Lane in Loup City, NE and Village Manor (now Southlake Village) in Lincoln, NE.  He also served on the National Center for Assisted Living Board of Directors, Affiliated State Health Care Association Executives Board of Directors, University of Nebraska-Department of Gerontology Advisory Board, and Great Plains Quality Improvement Network Board of Directors.

Boddy holds a degree in Nursing Home Administration from Southeast Community College and a Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Management degree from Bellevue University.
