Grand Island, NE: World Class Employees

In April, the Pep Club created an Employee recognition program, calling it World Class Employee of the Month. A Nomination form was created so fellow team members could nominate one another. To kick off the program the Leadership team submitted nominations for the month of April. The selection of the nominee was based on how the team member follows or displays our Mission, Vision, and Values which is supported by an example of these qualities. The world class employee for the Month receives a reserved Parking spot as well a gift card of their choice.

The April World Class employee was Michele Flores, she is a nursing assistant mainly in our 5/6 neighborhood, often she is seen floating to other neighborhoods with a “Yes I can attitude” and smile on her face. Always looking out for the residents to make sure they are having an amazing experience. She has been with Tiffany Square since September 2013.

The May World Class employee is Linda Wilsey; she is a nursing assistant and restorative aid. Linda has been with the company since December 1989. Linda is always on the go making sure that the residents get their exercises and makes it fun for them. She is always reminiscing with them about a time that they can all recall. Often you see Linda helping on the floor assisting fellow team members or helping a resident out to activities or meals. She goes above and beyond in all she does.
