Emerson, NE: 5th Consecutive Annual Excellence in Action Award

Heritage of Emerson was recently recognized for being in the top 10% of the My InnerView by National Research Corporation survey findings as the recipient of the Excellence in Action Award for an outstanding Customer Satisfaction Survey. This is the fifth consecutive annual recognition in this category.

The ranking for the award is determined by having overall customer or workforce/employee satisfaction levels that fall within the top 10% of qualifying organizations, in terms of percentage of respondents rating the provider as “Excellent”. This is especially significant because My InnerView has the largest database in the U.S. and surveys 7,985 skilled and assisted living facilities across the nation each year.

In 2015, the Excellence in Action Award recognized 599 long-term care and senior living facilities, that made a commitment to continuous quality improvement and have successfully made quality a priority to better serve the needs of residents, families and nursing staff employees. The customer award was earned by 404 skilled nursing, assisted living and independent living organizations and 1 95 skilled nursing and assisted living facilities received the workforce award.
Heritage of Emerson is one of two Vetter Health Services facilities in the top 5% that received the Customer Award in 2015.
