Elkhorn, NE: A “Wow” Experience!
Vetter Health Services held our latest Home Office Orientation May 28 – 30.
The team members had an opportunity to learn more about the VHS Leadership team and department teams within the Home Office. They also had the chance to learn about Eldora Vetter’s book “Interlaced” and have their books personally signed by Eldora. A variety of activities focusing on the Mission, Vision and Values of VHS and a more in depth look at The Vetter Foundation were also shared with team members.
Each team member was asked to share a “Wow” experience that they took away from the orientation.
Jarad Dahlkoetter, Public Relations Coordinator at Heritage of Bel Air in Norfolk, NE commented, “Home Office Orientation showed me how to make the Vetter Way a way of life and it taught me how to use my strengths to be more successful. Getting so many different positions and facilities together for a week was a blast! I couldn’t have asked for a better group of people to go through orientation with.”
Christina John, Dietary Supervisor from Stanton Care Center in Stanton, IA summed up her experience this way, “Orientation blew away all my expectations. It was inspiring, motivating… a true WOW experience. I am humbled to find myself a part of an amazing family that breaks all the molds in the healthcare industry to create a bright, new and innovative future.”
