Elkhorn NE – Home Office: Mentors are Making a Difference!

The Vetter Health Services Mentoring Do It Right! Program continues to be a focus in all of our facilities. We believe that a solid mentoring program is a key part of creating a “Wow” experience for our new team members from the moment they are hired and throughout their careers. Research has also proven that a successful mentoring program plays a big part in hiring and retaining quality team members. That is our goal at Vetter Health Services.

We had over 30 new mentors from our various facilities attend our recent Mentoring Do It Right! Training held at Home Office. Mentors had the opportunity to experience many hands on activities relating to communication, adult learning styles, and work related scenarios. It is wonderful to see the excitement and enthusiasm these new mentors are taking back to their facilities!
